UNID "Radio Rock" on 4852 kHz

Hi,
just heard an UNID russian station transmitting on 4852 kHz USB plus
carrier. Called itself "Radio Rock", programme consisted of English Rock
music and Russian announcements. Heard from 1520 to 1559 UTC abrupt s/off
during a musictitle. Surely some kind of feeder, but has anybody
information on Radio Rock?
Wasn't there a satellite-station operating from Norway into Russia calling
itself Radio Rock? Perhaps a dish-owner could check, if this is in
parallel with 4852 kHz or not.
