Some MW loggings from Norwalk, Connecticut, USA (40 miles northeast of New York
City), in strongly auroral conditions OCT 21, all times GMT:

 595	DOMINICA, DBS Hillsborough, Caribbean soca-type music, heavily accented
EE annoucer, good 0342.

 610	COLOMBIA, HJKL Bogota, "Bolero RCN" ID, SS music, very good over WIP
Philadelphia 0337.

 630	VENEZUELA, YVKA Caracas, tentatively the one with SS music, religion,
"Radio Nacional presente ..." at 0338, very good over another SS talk station,
presumably WSKN Puerto Rico.

 700	JAMAICA, JBC R. One, Montego Bay, with soca-type music, TC, ID, into "JBC
Sports Report," good over WLW, presumed HJCX Cali 0327.

 730	TRINIDAD, R. Trinidad, Port of Spain, presumed with VOA-EE "Stateside"
program, promo for "VOA Sunday" program next day, VOA ID at 0359, into VOA news
at 0400, but then interrupted with two test tone bursts at 0401, Caribbean-EE
man with several announcements of "This is Hope and Light," an hour-long music
program. Who else could this be? If so, first ever logging of Trinidad here on
MW.

 732.8	UNID, strong SS station on this frequency, slow SS ballads, talk by male
announcer between songs, much distortion. Possible R. Melodia ID at 0310, but
then sign-off announcement at 0354 could have been "R. Nacional de Venezuela" or
something like that. Sign-off had national anthem, but unfortunately I'm not up
on which anthem is which.

 750	COLOMBIA, HJDK Medellin, CARACOL IDs, ads, over R. Caracas Radio's
Venezuelan news, good 0317.

 780	VENEZUELA, YVMN Coro, Lively SS music, Venezuela mentions, R. Coro ID
0329 very good.

 800	NETHERLANDS ANTILLIES, PJB Bonaire, EE religious program, Trans World
Radio ID, into SS program with ID, frequency 0330, excellent.
