1522-1600*  	Special St. Patrick's Day program (relayed via the BBC) giving 
out phone numbers and an e-mail address of "soumayo@xxxxxx".  Played 
requests for Irish music (such as "Destination Donegal") and said hello to 
people all over the world (such as the announcer's brother in Perth, 
W.A.); also mentioned the transmission on 7325 to North America.  Good 
signal.  Gerard Delaney (on behalf of Michael Commins) responded to my 
e-mail "hello" and seemed surprised that I was able to pick up the transmission beamed to Europe 
and the Middle East.  He also adivsed that I could e-mail my reception 
report. He said that "QSL cards will be issued inside a few
