WYFR on 21455

Not rare DX but an interesting development:

A few minutes ago I tuned to 21455 in the hope to find HCJB there. But the
AM signal I found turned out to by WYFR Family Radio! Till 1700 UTC they
transmit in Arabic, before they start their German service. They announce
21455 as their only frequency at that time, so they intend to use that
channel. It was hardly readable on a 30m wire, but a bit better on my 15m
dipole. I wonder what the folks at HCJB think about this.
