RE QSLS from KGA & KOTA

KOTA has recently verified my report and (I think) other peoples reports of
reception late in 1995. A contact name at KOTA is Chuck Hayes.

KGA is a different story. I have sent half a dozen reports over the last 10
years with no effect!

All my reports include personal letter, detailed reception report, return
postage, local postcards and stickers as a minimum. I also send off air tape
recordings and prepared QSL cards when I need to.

Today, after several unsuccesful tries received qsl-letter from RRI 
Bengkulu in 5 weeks. V/S was Drs. Jasran Abu Bakar, Kepala Stasiun 
RRI Bengkulu at the address: RRI, Stasiun Regional 1 Bengkulu, Jalan
Letjen S. Parman 31, Bengkulu.

Hi everybody,

during a DXpedition to northern Denmark in early January I heard KGA Spokane,
WA, 1510 kHz and KOTA Rapid City, SD, 1380 kHz. 
Alas, still no QSL, despite very detailed report. I haven't seen any QSLs
from this stations in my DX-magazines. Has anybody received something from
them recently and can help me with some information, like v/s etc? Thanks a
lot for any info!
