On 1590 kHz, August 14 at 1955 ELT, heard Sheridan Broadcasting Network piece on
Republican convention, flourish, and "This is a WPCE Golden Classic," then
faded.  WPCE is Portsmouth VA on 1400 kHz and a Sheridan affiliate, but when I
called them this afternoon they said they had no station on 1590 kHz.  WVOE-1590
is Sheridan but on the other side of North Carolina, near the SC border,
unlikely to be in parallel.  Maybe WFTH Richmond?  Anybody know?
