UNID on 1410kHz; help pls

Heard recently in England an UNID on 1410 carrying 1-on-1 Sports. Logged at
2359 through 0400 UTC so must be an east coaster from USA.

1on1 sports 1-800-777-2907; in // WLPZ 1440; in mix of signals noted first at
2359 then good 
			pks at 0000-0030; ID at 0400 as "Sports radio 14-10" +"1-on-1" jingle

CIGO audible at same time. Has WPOP or WDOV changed format? Any ideas
especially from our friends in Scandinavia or the USA welcome.
