Yestwerday a letter to RTV Malagasy has returned back again , a total time of 4 
months Marked fromthe post office as 'non reclame'
This is the secind time thatmy lettres to RTV MAlagasy returned 
Theadress is thanks to a multiple tip in Play DX

If someone knows a better adress or v/s ?? 

BTW 
unknown site 5040 nonIDed : 2352 UTC with forst a turkic language by Young girl 
speaking in a turkic language then with  turkic song , again girl in chinese (!)
with also ID  a turkic song @54 and again the YL with ID in CC then sign off at 
2358 . Cannot suppose Xinjiang since songs are not of the kind , bu neither 
supose Uzbekistan . Any opinions ?
