BANGLADESH - 4880 1530 Bangladesh Betar with EE news about enlarging the
number of permanent members to the UN, full ID at 1536 "this Is
Bangladesh Betar", news ended at 1540. Fair to good signal but appalling
audio. (Has Radio Cairo's transmission engineer spent his vacation at
Bangladesh Betar?!) I can't believe they don't know how bad the audio

BOLIVIA - R. TV Colonia 6556.98, has been reactivated. First hrd
something at 1930 28/4 with strong carrier, up to S-9, but modulation so
low that it made it difficult to copy what was said. Hrd again at
0005-0155+ 30/4 with religious prgmng "all" the time. Talking about Job,
also about peace at home, ID at 0026 and 0059 as: "La Radio que escuchas
es Colonia, transmite desde Yapacani, Sta. Cruz, Bolivia, America
Latina."  Modulation isn't so good--quite low--but not so low as when
first hrd. The modulation is also unclean and distorted. The carrier is
