If you hear an extremely weak signal, clobbered by extreme Interference,
extreme Noise and the worst possible Fading, (and that would be a SINPO
11111, a situation I never observed in 30 years of DXing!) then tell me,
please, how could you find out that it was Mozambique and that it was not
in Portugese, but in a vernacular language?
