Shortwave relay by KCBS stations of PBS programing is currently observed
1800-2000 UTC on 3220 kHz (KCBS Hamhung) and 3970 kHz (KCBS Wonsan). Only
the latter is listed in WRTH. PBS is also relayed 1500-1800 UTC over KCBS
stations on 702/720/810/864 kHz.
