Some stations logged on August 27, 28 & 29.
Rx: Lowe HF225E
Antenna: ATL-3 LW/MW loop
Location: 25 miles SW of Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Time: UTC

LIBYA
 711 Radio Jamahiriya, various sites, 1850-1910, Talk about Libya, 
 Iraq and the USA. Quiet, no hysteria. Weak to poor signal with qrm
 by undermodulated UNID on co-channel. ID at 1905. Parallel to
 1251, 15235, 15415 & 15435. (Aug 28).

RUSSIA
 270 Radio Rossii, Novosibirsk, Siberia, 1930-1940, Classical piano
 concerto under Czech station. Weak. // 171. Site tentative. (Aug 28).

UKRAINE
 171 Radio Ukraine, Lviv (?), 1900-1930, Mostly talk here with frequent
 mention of the Ukraine and at times hardly audible. At this particular
 time parallel to 7240, but not 207 kHz. Weak to poor. Thanks to Len
 Walker for the tip. (Aug 27).

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
1314 UAE Radio, Dabiya, 1840-1850, Female and male vocalists with
 traditional music. In spite of Norway some fair peaks. Parallel to 9770.
 (Aug 27).

 864 UNID 0310 Preacher with US accent about Adam and Eve and sin,
 with Santah, Egypt in background. Very short peak, then swamped by
 RNE 1. Anyone? Points to Armenia, I suppose, but expected only local
 languages here. (Aug 29).

VENEZUELA
1470 YVSY Radio Vibracion, Carupano, 0250-0300, Weak signal, ID, some
 short peaks on this unremarkable morning. (Aug 29).
