[HCDX]: Voice Of Hope

G'day All

I recently logged The Voice Of Hope on 12120kHz at 1400 UTC with a booming
signal into Australia.. SINPO  44444..

I have found no listing for this station anywhere and in the Station ID
they said they were broadcasting from the Republic of Georgia

If anyne has any further info about this it would be much appreciated
