NORTH KOREA

Breaking a week's silence, the Frontline Soldiers Radio (Chonyun
Chobyundurul wihan Bangsong) came on again on Oct. 19 and tonight, Oct. 21.
The two SW frequencies (2625, 3025) have been silent for nearly two weeks
now.
