[HCDX]: St. Helena and CNR

If someone is interested in this..... St. Helena didn't really make it to Taiwan. Some audio came up around 1915, which peaked at 2015, but it faded out quickly afterwards. Couldn't even make out if they spoke English or St. Helenian.

On the other hand, Chad had a great signal on 4904.5 kHz, with some fun music to listen to. 5020 had SIBC opening at 1855 with a decent signal and 4890 PNG with a nice piece of music at the opening at 1900, celebrating their excellent Karai service.

Am working on the current CNR schedule and found another new outlet for their first program: 11825, heard around 0400~0700. This really drives me crazy - they bring up another new outlet every week now. Any of you guys hear any odd CNR 1 frequencies, let me know please, okay?
