NORTH KOREA

Radio Pyongyang was observed in JJ with a strong spur on 9630 //9650 on
Oct. 29 from 0000 UTC. SIO 9630=433 9650=444. Intentional? South Korea has
JJ on 9640 (SIO 322) at this time, and splash from both sides effectively
jams KBS in the middle.
