opening.

YOU WILL RECEIVE FROM SAN MARINO A QSL-FOLDER FULL DETAILED AND
NUMBERED.
Some precise informations:
- we are an unofficial station, not connected with the National Service
of San Marino or with any other private radio;
- our only e-mail address is RSMI@xxxxxxxxxxxx ; please DO NOT hit
reply to send mail to RSMI, because our maling list is coming from
several mail services (like hotmail, mailexcite, ....);
- please, as described in our site, DO NOT send Italian mint stamp
or Italian lira with your reports, but 2 US$ or 2 IRC from Europe,
3 US$ or 3 IRC from outside Europe. This will cover our fees, thanks;
- the server has lost our up-to-date e-mail address list; so if you
