0000- 11940.34- CAMBODIA- Nat'l V of Cambodia, *0000-0017 + 0105 Nov 9,
tuned in 0000 to hear 5+1 pips, short music bridge and talk by woman
began 0000:30, although too weak to be sure it was English; domestic
vocals at 0006+. Short pgme segment closing anmt by woman at 0014, then
silence until next pgme presumably in French began w/fanfare at 0015:30,
then talk by man. Very weak but still detectable at 0105 recheck. First
time in years heard in the evening but clear channel 11940 makes it
possible (see also Paraguay), at least on the weekend. ---CLARK,
Ontario, Canada

0030- 7185- MYANMAR- R. Myanmar *0030 This one has been fairly
consistent over the past week. Best on Nov. 21, when came on with
fascinating Myanma music and woman in Bamar (Burmese), which doesn't
sound like any other language I know of. Into chorus of kids or woman at
0033. Surprisingly, still audible at 0108 recheck. Difficult to read
because of extreme choppiness, but a real treat when it shows! ---HILL,
MA USA

0045- 3365- BRAZIL- R Cultura, Araraquara, 0045-46 Nov 10, talk by man
in Portuguese, jingle and further fast-pace talk. Nice signal using LSB
with no ute QRM as is often otherwise the case. ---CLARK, Ontario,
Canada

0104- 5677.1- PERU- R. Frecuencia San Ignacio (fqy var.), 0104-0124, OA
campo mx, W anncr w/long tlk and frequent ments of San Ignacio. Back to
mx at 0118. Poor but readable. Not often hrd here. All signals were
"choppy" sounding, no doubt due to the disturbed conditions: Solar Flux
+ 100, A = 34, K = 5. ---VALKO, USA 23 Nov.

0123- 6479- PERU- Radio Altura, 01.23 - 01.54, Spanish, female
announcer, messages for local habitants (Comunicados) ID " ...en la
sintonia de Radio Altura..." SINPO 22222 ---ERAMO, Argentina, Nov 24

0124- 6088.36- ALBANIA- R. Tirana, 0124-0200, Tlk and MoR mx. ID by W
and into next pgm at 0200. Much clearer at 0200 as 6085 interfering stn
went off. Suspected this was Tirana. ---VALKO, USA 23 Nov.

0130- 4420- PERU- RADIO BAMBAMARCA November 16 0130-0220 pgm: Fiesta
Norteña.special program with music " Los Nativos de Cajamaraca", Many
ID's: " Radio Bambamarca, frecuencia lider, mas musica, mas alegria..."
" 11-50 amplitud modulada, escuchas Radio Bambamarca con un mensaje de
amor y felicidad, Radio Bambamarca frecuencia lider...". ---RODRIGUEZ,
Fomeque city, Colombia

0137- 9650.35- URUGUAY- Emisora Ciudad de Montevideo (CX42 relay),
Montevideo, 0137-0208:30* Nov 13, excited male announcer with sports
broadcast. Fair and surprising standing out in the clear at tune-in; USB
essential after 0140 due to OC appearing on 9650. Good peak at 0153 and
the broadcast (possibly tape-delayed) cont'd past 0200 without time pips
until 0207 jingle and man with closing pgme anmt and clear ID as
"Emisora Ciudad de Montevideo" by man at 0208. Carrier then cut
immediately. Apparently only on irregularly - no sign of it circa 0130
on Nov 14. This was an unexpected new one for me. ---CLARK, Ontario,
Canada

0210- 9595.04- URUGUAY- R Monte Carlo (CX20 relay), Montevideo, 0210 &
0230+ Nov 10, Spanish vocal by woman at 0210; single time pip at 0230,
then fluted music w/ male vocal. Best audio on LSB but mostly poor due
to adjacent QRM both upper & lower. Gone before 0300 recheck. * 0215
0244* Nov 11, full canned pgme anmt, ID and freq by man during audio
peak at 0217; guitar music bridging talk at 0225; 2+1 pips this time at
0230. Jingle and pgm promo at 0241 followed by excited male announcer
until audio suddenly cut at 0244. OC remained on past 0300. ---CLARK,
Ontario, Canada

0221- 2390.08- GUATEMALA- La Voz de Atitlan, Santiago Atitlan, 0221 Nov
10, LAm vocal at unusually good level. Just a carrier, however, on 2360.
---CLARK, Ontario, Canada

0225- 4750.1- PERU- RADIO SAN FRANSCISCO SOLANO. November 17 0225-0240
Huayno music.
---RODRIGUEZ, Fomeque city, Colombia

0230- 9622.42- URUGUAY- SODRE (CX26 relay), Montevideo (presumed),
0230-0306* Nov 10, adequate carrier but no audio detected during period
checks; often severe slop from RNE-9620. * 0255-0302:30* Nov 11, again
no audio across 0300 until carrier cut. * 0130-0210 Nov 12, somewhat
stronger than usual carrier and a few bits of talk by man poking through
around LAm vocal at 0136-40. Audio pretty much lost thereafter.
---CLARK, Ontario, Canada

0250- 4905.7- PERU- RADIO LA OROYA November 16 0250-0300 pgm: Peru

city, Colombia

0305- 5905- VIETNAM- L.V. DE VIETNAM. November 16 0305-0315 I was
checking this frequency, very good signal, although spanish language
very bad. ---RODRIGUEZ, Fomeque city, Colombia

0308- 4935- KENYA- KBC Nairobi, 0308-0312 Nov 12, woman w/world news
items, concluding with main points of domestic news at 0310-12; then
fanfare and music of a brass band. Mixing with but over the slightly
higher frequency Brazilian. ---CLARK, Ontario, Canada

0335- 4461- PERU- RADIO NOR ANDINA November 16 0335-0355 Mx intrumental
