[HCDX]: unid on 6185

Hello,

Yesterday (19th December) I heard an unidentified Chinese-speaking station
from 1510-1528 UTC on 6185 kHz. The programme consisted of continuous talk
with some light music at the end of the programme. Could this have been the
China Huayi Bc. Co. from Fuzhou? Their s/off time is however listed as 1600
UTC. Or is it a foreign service in Chinese?
