[HCDX]: 15-20 KB Radio again (...yawn!)

Hi,

not only that KB Radio is coming in till late in the morning-hours,
yesterday evening they where the first station I could hear! When I checked
conditions at 2125 hrs UTC they were already there!  I assume, that there
are some technical changes at the station, perhaps a change in antenna
pattern or something like this. It's obvious, that the signals from WWKB
are considerably enhanced for a few days now. (And of course, at the moment
we have good conditions towards NA!)
