According to Bob Padula's newsletter EDXP #73, NBC, Port
Moresby conducted tests from Dec 24-28, PNG time, on 11880
& 3925. 

11880 being on the air from 2300/0000- 0600/0700
 3925                          from 1930/2000- 1200/1300.

During the tests 4890 & 9675 were not used.
