Hi Ryan

A nice comfy shack in the bush away from noise with at least 3 beverage 
antennas over 500 metres. A few decent receivers like the Drake SPR4 / Trio
9R59DS.. and a ton of patience <grin>

Sometimes you can spend a whole week away on a dx trip & hear nothing.. yet
other times you can be in panic tuning mode with too much dx around..

(Who said there was ever too much DX) Hehehehe!

It's a bit like fishing I suppose.. You have all the right bait & tackle etc but
the fish don't want to bite!! You have to wait for the right conditions and as
some smarty once said.. go to where the fish are biting..

A nice quiet location..

There is still plenty to hear from home with a loop .. but the big fish are to
be found using a beverage.
