Hello Magnus,

the only station listed on 3910 is Yunnan PBS, Kunming, PR China. Perhaps
you can give us some more information like time, language and programme
content, so we can help you better.
Unlikely it was a harmonic of a MW frequency, as the third and fourth
harmonic would not fit in the 10 kHz scheme.
