One easy way to check, besides the good ole "Station ID"...Pakistan is
almost NEVER exactly on their assigned frequency, while AIR has
historically been within 10 Hz of the assigned frequency(i.e. Pakistan on
4791 vs 4790, 5056v while Aizwal exactly on 5050, etc..and I could go on
and on...

Zerobeat the carrier and see if it is off 3205...if so, possibly Pakistan.
If not, most likely AIR, particularly if it is consistently on frequency
day after day.
