[HCDX]: UNID:6010.2

Today I heard an UNID Sp speaking station on 6010.2 between 07.50 and 08.00
UTC. No ID at 08.00 UTC.
Does somebody know if Radio Mil, Mexico is on this freqency or are they
exactly on 6010?
