No date. I got it in late December by mail from Pyongyang, and it
completely agrees with my monitoring observations in October and December.
But SORRY I typed a wrong time yesterday. See below for correction.
I haven't noticed any change in their schedule lately, except this
country's power shortage that continues to keep RP off the air from time to
time.
