[HCDX]: Pyongyang 6250/6400 adrift

NORTH KOREA

Pyongyang Broadcasting Station on 6250 and 6400 continue to drift back and
forth between 6248-6250 and 6398-6400 respectively. This was first observed
on or about Jan. 22, and for the past two weeks both frequencies have moved
slightly up and down every few days.

These and many other North Korean frequencies (PBS, KCBS, RP) continue to
be off the air due to the presumed power shortage. Radio for Soldiers at
the Frontline on 1613v kHz, which was a 'regular' from Jan. 7 until Jan.
24, has been missing again for nearly two weeks.
