[HCDX]: Nordic Shortwave Center reorganized

The Top DX spot on the net, Nordic Shortwave Center, has gone through a
major layout remake. All aiming at making the growing achieve of
information easier to find - whether it is about those rare tropical
stations in Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru; that perfect receiving antenna; the
secrets on becoming a top DXer; net DX surfing or simply wanting to know
what's going on in shortwave radio, with special reports from the DX
Window's staff at the Danish Shortwave Club International.
