[HCDX]: Warsaw 6250 heard in Japan

POLAND

6250 Polish Radio Warsaw, +1818-1840+ Feb. 5. M talk in in Belarusian
(sounds very much like RR) under severe QRM from Pyongyang co-channel. A
rare catch in Japan where Pyongyang Broadcasting Station usually dominates
the channel, and if not, S Korean jammer against it, plus a powerful
Japanese utility station on 6251. SIO 322-222. No clear ID heard,
unfortunately.
