[HCDX]: WPHG heard in Germany

Hi!

This morning I could hear the new WPHG 1620 kHz at around 0610 hrs UTC.
Weak to fair Signal, but terrible QRM from Scheveningen Radio. At the same
time WCMQ came in with nice reception on 1700 kHz. No trace of WJDM 1660,
however.
