Hi Max.
RJ's Winter schedule lists the following times for bxs directed to Europe.  For
all other areas please do contact me as I would be more than happy to help!

0300-0400 UT  11760 kHz (NHK Domestic svc)
0400-0500 UT  6095 and 5960 kHz (General svc)
1800-2000 UT  7110 kHz (General svc)
2000-2100 UT  7110 kHz and 7210kHz (NHK Domestic svc)
2200-2300 UT  6055 and 6155 kHz (NHK Domestic svc)
2300-0000 UT  6180 kHz (NHK Domestic svc)

As I said, these are only the times for Europe targeted broadcasts, please email
me personally for all broadcasts as I am more than happy to help.  Your friend
may also be able to refer to:
