[HCDX]: CHSJ-700 closure

Acc. to a QSL letter from Mr. Ian Cameron, Program Dir & Tech. Manager,
CHSJ will be turning off the 700 kHz tx on April 1st. He sounded to
understand what DXing is about, so still one month to catch it and get
verified, too!
