[HCDX]: KXBA

	Greetings!  Through a null of KXEL I heard a Chinese station which
gave an English id at the top of the hour as KXBA Bellevue-Seattle. A call
to information could not locate any station as KXBA or the old call KBLV.
Anyone in Seattle know of this station and possible address?  Thanks.
