[HCDX]: News from the Arctic

Greetings from the Finnish Arctic.  I just returned from
Lemmenjoki where I had a nice dxpedition with Jim
Solatie on February 23-March 1.
The complete log of LEM118 will soon be available on 
the Internet.

Both listeners used two receivers + preselectors + the
traditional Lemmenjoki Beverage-farm.  One note about
receivers.  It was found that AOR AR7030 is a VERY GOOD
receiver.  Without any doubt it is better than Icom R71E.
The previous dxpedition before us (LEM117) considered it
even better than NRD525/535.  The sensitivity of AOR 7030
is excellent, dynamic range is incredible and selectivity
extremely good.  I was able to hear KOAC Corvallis OR
on 550 kHz when the Russian megawatters on 549 kHz were on
the air!

Here are some main news & highlights & mysterious stations 
for commentary.  Can anyone help us with the mysteries?

ASIA

612	JOLK Fukuoka had local id 1601 & s-off on Feb23
	on the 4th Monday of the month.
1080	DY.. Bacolod here w "Air Line" phone in produced
	by MBC main stn DZRH & id as "DZRH".  QTH according 
	to info from DYDW 1413.  Stn not listed in WRTH.  
	Any idea of call?
1161,3	DWCM Dagupan City w tremendous signal & s-off.
	Clear id, location according to QSL received by a
	Finnish dx'er in 1994.  Stn is not listed in WRTH98
	country section but is mentioned in the frequency 
	section without location.
1503	DYAA "Super Radio", no idea of location. "D-Y-
	double-A".  New stn?  Location?

NORTH-AMERICA

590	CFNL Ft. Nelson BC still here but announcing also
	102,3 FM.
650	"Magic 98,9".  What is this?  CISL?
720	Greenland noted here // 650, 570, stn not closed.
880	"Radio Unica" heard here daily in Spanish.  KWIP 
	Dallas OR?  No local ID's noted, sounds like a 
	national px w advertisements around the US.
990	CJAD Montreal PQ heard several times here x-800.
	Where is CKGM??
1380	KMUK was relatively clear ID here. New stn or new
	call?
