by a male announcer to "Pennsylvania Turnpike," "Highway Advisory
Radio," and "test."  They faded up a couple of times over WPLR660
Dallas Fort Worth and possible KDIA. 3/5 0300. Also probably them with
NOAA weather relay on 3/8 0100. (Harms - MD)

6210 IRAN VIRI 3/4 and 3/8 0356-0426 Violin IS. Chimes and anthem at
0400. ID mentioned Iran and Yerevan. Music and talk by male and female
announcer.  Over Radio Fana. 333 (Harms-MD)

6210 ETHIOPIA Radio Fana. 3/4 Heard an ID at 0400-0435. Also music and
talk by male and female. Covered by VIRI until 0426 (SIO 211) and in
the clear after that (SIO 232). (Harms-MD)

6300 TAIWAN WYFR 3/4 2252-2300 Singing and male and female talking in
Chinese. 232 //9280 (Harms-MD)

6954.xx PIRATE Free Radio Triple A. 0223-0259. 3/8 Hot rock -
Steppenwolf and soft rock - Bread. Male with dedications to Metallica
and Radio Tornado. Also dumb blond joke. Seemed life or a one time
shot because announcer frequently mentioned Saturday evening.
Frequency drifted from 6954.65 to 6954.30 (Harms-MD)

7157.62 ALBANIA Radio Tirana on this odd frequency with English
commentary by a female announcer 3/4 0445. 444 (Harms-MD)

9535 THAILAND Radio Thailand 3/4 1935 A male talking in English about
developing countries and ID. 332 (Harms-MD)

11540 CLANDESTINE (Anti-Nigeria) Radio Kudirat. 3/4 1947-2000 A female
in English with political talk. Sign off announcement at 1956 and an
anthem at 1959. Also called itself the Voice of Minorities and Radio
