7125 Guinea, Conakry, Radiodiffusion Nationale Various times between 
2352-0350. 3/12-3/13 Test transmission in French. Positive ID at 0003 
Heard highlife music, Guitar IS, and announcements by a male and a 
female.  Announcement included a request for reports.  The signal was 
bothered somewhat by interference from VOR from 0100 (SIO 233).  //to 
9650 SIO 343.  Announced 6155 and 15310 not heard. Thanks to #swl IRC

9605 MADAGASCAR, Radio Nederlands. Transmitter site lost satellite
feed from Hilversum and ran a loop tape with music and announcement of

11785 IRAQ, Radio Iraq International. Strong signal - terrible audio.
Piano music 3/8 2129-2201.  Heard an announcement at 2148 as "This is
Radio Iraq (International Overseas) Service" by male announcer. 431

time logging here. 3/8 2212 Talk in Korean about the US position on
