Hi!

I've heard a strange UNID SS station last night, around 2340-0000 utc on
4788.65 khz. Long monologue by OM in ss about economical topics and s/off
without anthem or recognizable ID. Poor to useless signal, but 100% in
spanish. Never heard before nor seen a tip about it, and I guess it's not
RRI fak-fak nor Vietnam :-)

Any ideas?
