[HCDX]: 4199 Harmonic IDED

UPDATE ON:
HARMONIC (presumed BOLIVIA, maybe ARGENTINA)
(R)Canaan Celestial (3x1400),  4199.2h Henrik Klemetz  wrote to me that
Argentinian DXer Emilio Pedro Povrzenic in Rosario, Santa Fe, but listening
at Villa Diego, Santa Fe, west of La Plata,reports hearing this one in its
DX bulletin #213. He indicates that the stn is in La Paz and gives a
telephone nr for it being as 485 53 796. Klemetz says this nr is too long
for La Paz. S/on occurs 1030v and is hearing the stn since last Feb 22.
Well, I hrd it agn on Apr 5 at 0250 always w/ female ancr and rlg stuff.
Ment. "Iglesia Evangelica Alfa y Omega" and giving a shorter Tel. Nr. as 485
37 90  (or maybe ending in "96"). I hrd it ID'ing as "AM 1400, Canaan
Celestial". I cannot recognize a Bolivian accent, it sounds Argentinian to
me, but no clues of QTH in pgming. Many thanks Henrik for the help! and
