[HCDX]: New Netcast network

Forgive me for an off the beaten track article but for those that' s
interested in either broadcasting or listening to radio over the web there is
a brand new network.

Radio Destiny is the name of it.... and you can pick up stations with this
system and broadcast too.

the program is actually very surprisingly small and very easy to operate.
There are easy to follow directions included.  Rock-it Radio is there doing
tests right now.
