MADAGASKAR

3215; WAR Madagaskar; 09 May; 0300 Station's tune and identification of
"...  Adventist World Radio ...", 0301 female announcement followed by
music for dreaming; 0305 female announcement of following music; very
weak with co-channel QRM (WWCR still remained?); (Elsebusch)

SWAZILAND

3240; TWR Mpangelo Range (tent.); 09 May; 0310 music with word-bridges
in local language, not // 3200 (I stopped observing at 0320); weak, but 3200
moderate signal with strong RTTY-QRM; (Elsebusch)

QSL

TURKMENISTAN

Radio Turkmenistan (5015) verified in 112d with letter and a copied programme
schedule from local newspaper, v/s G. Khanmamedow (the chief of technical 
department). Interesting the envelope: one from former USSR, value 5 Kopeki,
but rubber stamp showing "Turkmenpocta"; (Elsebusch)
