[HCDX]: Radio Marabu on 6950 LSB

On 6950 KHz. (LSB), I am listening Radio Marabu 
via Radio Cochiguaz's frequency. The signal is very
strong. Very good! Does Anybody listen the station?
The emission began at 0215 UTC.

Does anybody know about it? Where is transmitting
the station?
