[HCDX]: New format on 1660 KHz

New format on 1660 New Jersey. Heard Portuguese programming 7/8 
1930-2005.  No legal ID noted on the TOH. But ID's as Radio Portugal.
Various types of ethnic music and talks.  Ads for local business. Pete
Costello said he heard the phone number (973)344-1155.  A search of
the web on that number yielded http://www.radiopusa.qpg.com/ This site
says the station is Radio Portuguese and is on 1430 KHz.  

Interesting indeed.
