Hi there Folks. Sorry for being late today - I lost the disc with the
information on it.
The Flu has really hit us all here really bad, so I hope that this weeks
issue is up to scratch, as I am off to bed again very soon.

IS THE TASMANIAN PIRATE ON AIR AGAIN ???
Am hearing a station on 4860 kHz at 0830 relaying or rebroadcasting a
Belfast FM station. It might be the Tasmanian Pirate back on the air.

ROCK-IT RADIO
Graham Barclay at Kiwi Radio weekly was kind enough to mention our
netcasts every Friday and Saturday night. From some e mail we have
received it may be a bit confusing as we unfortunately posted it in
local times.
Our "live" netcast schedule is Saturday and Sunday from 0305 to 0530
and sometimes over..utc at http://www.palmsradio.com
Our web site also features some archived shows that have been broadcast
in the past over the free radio frequencies. And you can check those

- July 15th 1998
Radio Pirate gets probation, house arrest
TAMPA --- A Tampa Bay radio pirate was sentenced Tuesday to probation
and house arrest.
Lonnie Kobres, 54, of Lutz, received three years' probation, six
months' house arrest and a $7,500 fine from U.S.District Judge Henry Lee
Adams.
Kobres was arrested in November on a morning in which three
unlicensed stations were shut down in Tampa.
