I would agree that both transmitters are on the East Coast of the
Americas - The 4 mhz freq was poor at 1000z and 12 mhz was very good at
the same time.  Had a listen again at 1200z - No sign of 4 mhz and 12
mhz fair from my location in Sydney Australia
