[HCDX]: [HCDX] AFN SW, Info, please.

Hi,
	I have seen news of AFN SW broadcast and so I try to listen them yesterday
evening. And AFN 12689.5 USB was audible at 2200 UTC just fine with music
and ids for hours! No other frequencies heard. But what is this station
actually. Transmitting sites and addresses, please!
