I can't recall the url at this stage but do a search for "Dave Onley". In 
Melbourne he has a site that has a slightly old list for Australia & NZ 
with promises of an update. There is also a link to this page from the 
Australian Radio DX Club site at www.aaa.com.au/dx.

That's the only list I know of that is on the web.
