[HCDX]: hurricane

On tuesday the 25th of august I heard at 21.40 UTC the reactivated
transmitter on 14.275 USB of the International Amateur Radio Network
(K1MAN) with a voice-mirror concerning hurricane Bonnie.
Also I heard on 14.325 USB hurricane traffic around 22.05 UTC. This is a
frequency of the Hurricane Watch Net.
