[HCDX]: Posting of binaires etc. on this list

Not much to do with Hard-Core-DXing itself, but within 24 hours there
had been posted 2 audio-files to this list, containing 88 Kb of data.

As there are around 400 participants on this list, it means more
than 35 Mb of transmitted data. 

If more people just start to send files to the list containing
100-200 Kb, you suddenly have an enormous amount of data to
be send by the listserver. And if then most people just delete the
mail, the only thing being obtained, is generating a lot of trafic that
only result in slowing the net down... 

In general it is not welcommed to send binaires etc. to a maillist.
I personaly hope it also apply to the HCDX list.

And it's also not kind to Risto that host/pays the list!

The correct way of publishing these kinds of data, is to upload
it to your homepage at your netprovider and then send a message to
the maillist, in which you put a link for your homepage including
the filename. 

Perhaps some of think it's a minor problem, but a lot of us
have to pay for local calls, and therefore don't have free access
to internet (if you are lucky enough to have a local net provider).
