[HCDX]: UNID Brazil 11794.6 kHz

Hi all,

last night I heard an UNID brazilian station:

11794.62  SEP 9/10  2250-0030  poor signal

Male talk, into soccer-report-like transmission after 2310.
It was a "soccer Wednesday" on a number of other brazilian stations, but did
not find any
parallel frequency...  "Bahia" mentioned several times.
