[HCDX]: Deutsche Welle

Lately, I have been reading reports of full data and partial data QSL
cards being received from Radio Deutsche Welle.  The DXers who reported
this also reported that the transmitter sites were listed on the QSL
card.

Since DW has long sent out no data QSLs, I wanted to ask HCDX members
what they know about this.  Is there a particular person at DW to whom
reception reports should be directed if one hopes t received data on the
QSL card?

Any information would be most appreciated.
